AND NO OTHER ACTIVITIES OR LUNCH
1). Today’s Warm-up Yoga was conducted by Dineshbhai Shah and Manishaben conducted Yogic poses for toning up the ankle, knees and back muscles and also balances. Many thanks to both from Kendra.
2). DONATIONS : “Chaas” for the month of April is sponsored by Priti and Seju Shah on behalf of late Shardaben Shah.
3). After lunch today, we will have our Annual General Meeting and you can ask any questions on Accounts and under AOB
4). Next Thurs – 19/4, we will have Chai with Jasu.
5). Newsletter for the month of April has already been circulated and uploaded on our website. A few hard copies are available for those who do not have access to internet.
6). We hope everyone enjoyed our last Thursday’s Spring and Commonwealth Musical programme. We had a fantastic attendance of 340 people and have received numerous congratulatory messages for the excellent music and mouth watering menu. On behalf of the Executive Committee, we have to say that your wonderful messages have given us the impetus and encouragement and we hope to continue to work even better for the elderly in future.
7). On Thurs – 29th March, our member’s son - Hitesh Mistry had given a talk on Smart phones. If you want your gas and electricity bills checked, we have sent a detailed email to members on what to do. Also if any member wants to learn anything about smart phones, please give your names to the main desk.

9). This weekend there are ‘satsang’ sessions by Pujya Deepakbhai Desai of Dadabhagwan at Harrow Leisure Centre. For details contact Vinubhai Malde.

* Hitesh Mistry – Smart Phone – if you are interested, please give your names to the Main Desk. He will see you in batches of 2/3 and answer all your queries etc.
* Lasting Power of Attorney : Partial refund is due to all who paid from 2013 to 2017.
* Details of the Mystery tour : Total joining is now 160. Please come with a small bag only. Coach will have nos and all will be given coloured labels and should take the same coach throughout. As weather is unpredictable, take an umbrella and jacket. Accommodation will be in hotel rooms with tea making in your room. There will be bath towels and bath soaps (you should bring your own bath soap). There are many restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast will be at 8.30 to 9.30 am for all and Dinner at 6.00 pm. Carry your Freedom Pass. Coach will be parked in the Kenton Sainsbury’s (HA3 0JA) parking and everyone requested to come latest by 8.45am. You will not be allowed to park your cars there.
