NAVJIVAN VADIL KENDRA - ANNOUNCEMENTS ON THURS – 16th NOV 2017

1). Today’s Warm-up Yoga was conducted by Dineshbhai Shah and Manishaben conducted several Yogic poses to clear, strengthen and keep healthier internal organs.  Many thanks to both from Kendra.

2). DONATIONS :  £25 from Lalitbhai Mehta on the occasion of his wife – Chandrika’ s 60th birthday which was celebrated on 28/10.
                                 £51 from Ansuyaben Bavisha who celebrated her birthday this week. 
Kendra’s Heartiest congratulations to both the members and pray that they both enjoy many more birthdays to come.

3). After lunch today, we will have “ Chai with Jasu” and as usual at Tea Time, Kendra will provide tea and biscuits.
Today Vilasben Dhanani was interviewed by Sudhaben Kapashi and also our President – Vinod Parekh afterwards.

4).  Next Thurs – 23rd Nov we will have a most amazing adventure story  from our  member – Dhirubhai Galani who has made over 6000 miles safari in Africa, some on most dangerous treks, on his motorbike.  This will really be an exciting story.

5). Membership Renewal :  already over 260 members have renewed.  Those who have as yet to renew, please do so at the Main Desk with your payment.  The deadline is 15th Dec.  Also those who have renewed should collect their Membership cards duly stamped for 2018.

6).  HM The Queen and Prince Phillip will be celebrating their Platinum Wedding Anniversary (70th) on 20/11 and on behalf of all members of Kendra we give them our Heartiest Congratulations and Best Wish and also pray that they will them enjoy many more anniversaries to come.

7).  Jasuben Sheth announced that for our future programmes any member with any talent can request us to display their talents in our programmes.  She also announced that those who would like to take part in the debate :  “Jivan sandhya mate ekalvayu dur karva sathi ni jarur che ke nahi?” and the programme “Kaun Banega NVK Master” should give their names to her.

8).   President - Vinod Parekh announced about the unfortunate incident our member Bhartiben Kotecha  had experienced whilst driving on Marsh Road during day when she was waylaid and blocked by fake Policemen’s car and robbed of  all her belongings.   He stated that we all should be careful and vigilant at all times.
