2. Today the people of Scotland are deciding whether to stay with Great Britain by voting Yes or No in the referendum, but whatever the result, there will be great financial implications for all of us.  Everyone will not agree on what will happen if Scotland votes for independence, but a Yes vote means life will never be the same again.  We hope the Union will prevail and we will all be part of Great Britain.

We also pray for the safety of the British hostage – Alan Hemming who went to Syria to help refugees, like what he had been doing for several years.  He would even forgo his salary for two weeks to help the refugees.  Such a kind man has been threatened with beheading.
