The President – Vinod Parekh requested members to remain seated and maintain silence to listen all the announcements including Jasuben Sheth’s for the programmes so that everyone can hear all details.
1). Today Dineshbhai Shah conducted the warm-up Yoga and we welcome back Manishaben who has returned from her holidays. She conducted several new Yogic poses that benefit many problems in the body. Many thanks to both of them from Kendra.
2). After lunch today we will have a Quiz by Jasuben Sheth and as usual at Tea Time, Kendra will provide tea and the biscuits.
3). Next Thurs – 1st March we will play Bingo games.
4). We have arranged a 5days/4 nights trip to the Lake District from 28/5 to 1/6. Price £200pp for members (2 sharing) and guests £210pp. Price includes coach travel, hotel accommodation with breakfast, 4 English vegetarian Dinners, 3 excursions ( Lakeside & Haverthwaite Steam Railway & Sail on Windermere. Drive past Bassenthwaite Lake and visit Keswick and Brampton –market town and Hexam and see Hadrian’s Wall). Light lunch will be arranged.

5). For those joining in the Mystery Tour, who wanted to know about the accommodation, please note that this will be in a Hotel and towels and soap will be provided.

8). Jasuben Sheth gave details about the afternoon Quiz in groups of 4/5. She also announced the future programmes. On 8/3 there will be a programme on Mothers Day as well as International Women’s Day.
