1). President – Vinod Parekh gave details of our Diwali Dhamaka programme of next Thurs – 20/10/2022. The full day musical programme will be held in the other big Hall and doors will open at 10.30 am. Members should bring their tickets and produce at the checking desk near the gate. Dress code is - Ladies : Saris & Gents : smart dress. Seating will be 10 per Table and those who gave their lists, will seat accordingly. There will be special Tables reserved for the Managing Committee, Kitchen volunteers and also disabled. Please enjoy as we had done it in the past at the VIP Lounge with the live music.
2). Secretary – Purnimaben announced that she will later on give the numbers of the Table for those who have given their lists of 10 persons.
3) Today's Warm-up Yoga was done by Dineshbhai T Shah and the main Yoga by Manishaben, who did several Yoga poses for the hands and leg muscles, with symmetrical poses. She also gave good health tips. Thanks to both from NVK.
4 DONATIONS : * £151 from Surbhiben Khona for celebrating two occasions in the family. Her son – Sachin's wedding to Maxine last week and her other son – Rahul who had joined in the London Marathon to raise funds for the Alzheimer Society. Kendra' many thanks and Heartiest congratulations to the newly wedded couple and Best wishes and congratulations to Rahul for running in the Marathon to raise funds for charitable causes.
* £51 from Nirupamaben Dhruv on the occasion of here husband – Jayantbhai Dhruv's birthday. Many thanks from NVK and we pray that he will enjoy many more birthdays to come.

5). After lunch today, we will play Antakshari organised by Dr. Vinodbhai Kapashi assisted by Mahesh Savadia, with new features and some new interesting facts will also be presented. There will be four groups in the contest.

At Tea Time, NVK will serve tea and biscuits as usual.

6). Next Thurs – 20/10/22, we will have our grand Diwali Dhamaka programme from 11.00 am to 3.30pm. There will be no Yoga. This is going to be a 'House Full' event for NVK. You will be entertained by the melodious music of Marina and Party.
7). We have already started to accept Renewal of Membership for 2023 at the Front Desk. Next week there will not be any collection because we all want to enjoy the whole day music programme.
