1). Today's Warm-up Yoga was done by Dineshbhai T Shah and the main Yoga was conducted by Manishaben, who did some good poses to tone up the body in this Arctic Weather and also gave Health tips. Thanks to both from NVK.
2). We are sorry to inform that Dr Malaben Dalal, whom we had invited for talk today informed us last night that she was not feeling well and had fever and hence she was unable to come. Hence Dr Mahendra Vora has arranged for a programme to play Whist Drive after a long time.
(Today's lunch menu included : “Kaju Katri”, Samosa, Thepla, Suka Chora nu sakh etc)
At Tea Time, NVK will serve tea and the sponsored biscuits as usual.
(Only few members had joined in the Whist Drive, but all enjoyed the game.)
3). Next Thurs - 22/12/22 we will have Christmas Carols. You can bring your grandchildren if anyone wants to sing a song which should be about Christmas festivities only. Please give your names in advance. Any child over 12 years will have to pay the Guest charges.
4). As informed repeatedly, the final day for the renewal of Membership for 2023 is today. If any member has not renewed, please do so. We hope that current members will all renew their membership, as we do not like to loose any current member and their fellowship. 7). Dr Vinodbhai Kapashi announced that in this extremely cold weather take care and wear appropriate clothing. As announced Dr Malaben could not come today and sent an apology. Hence we have arranged Whist Drive in the afternoon. Next Thurs – 22/12 we will have the Christmas Choirs. If you are bringing your grandchildren please give us their names. Over 12 will have to pay Guest Charge. On 29/12 – we will have a Quiz programme on General knowledge.
