1). President – Vinod Parekh announced : * You have received our circular on the Grand Musical Programme on 13th April. Tickets are now available at the front Desk. Please book your places.
* As you all have been waiting for our Coach Trips to start again – we have provisionally booked a Mystery Trip (Alfa Tours) from Sat - 13th to Wed - 17th May '23. The cost is £260 and includes coach travel, Dinners and Breakfasts. Also evening entertainments. If you are sure to come, please give your names at the Front Desk from next Thursday. If there is good response for a full coach, we will let you know.
*We are closed on Thurs - 30th March but will meet on Tues - 28th March. Also the following week, we will be closed on Thurs - 6th April but will meet on Tues - 4th April. This is because of Sattavis Patidar Centre being booked fully on those days.
2). Today's Warm-up Yoga was done by Ushaben Mehta and Manishaben conducted the main Yoga with many Yogic poses to tone up most body Joints and muscles with stretches, health tips and Breathing exercises. Many thanks to both of them.

4). After lunch today we will have a celebration of Holi and as usual at Tea Time, NVK will serve Tea, Coffee and the sponsored Biscuits. Also please note that Sattavis Patidar Centre has advised that there should be strictly no Holi colours used in the Hall.
(Today's lunch menu included “Garam Siro”, Khaman Dhokra, Biryani, Bhel etc.)
The afternoon Holi programme began with Dr. Vinodbhai Kapashi welcoming everyone and giving a very short but detailed explanation on why we celebrate Holi.
Then the festivities started with a welcome Holi by a group garba.

5). Next Thurs – 23/03/23 we will have a talk by Manharbhai Mehta of Vanik Council UK – on Befriendly Service.
6). Our first Full Day Grand Spring Musical programme is on Thurs- 13th April, here at Sattavis Patidar Centre. Members should book their tickets for £2 and Guests are welcome for £15. The Band is Marina and Party – we had them here for our Diwali Dhamaka programme when we had a full house programme with their fantastic tuneful songs. There will be no Yoga on that day.
7). Dr Vinodbhai Kapashi announced details of the afternoon programme with Holi – Though we cannot use Holi colours we will still have a colourful programme with Geets etc.
