Thanks to Dinesbhai for yoga warm up and later with Manishaben for yoga support for the day
We were pleased to note that Manishaben was very receptive about positive and negative feed back to her by e-mail and personal telephone calls from our members.
We are planniong a trip to Potters Resort from 12th to 16th June 2017 and in order to facilitate transport and resort accomodation it will be appreciated if you can please complete application form and pay your deposits to evaluate our needs
A week long trip is also planned for Croatia and more details are available from our Secretary, Mr Jayant Doshi.
Last Thursday 6th April 2017 we collected 17 nominations for election of a committe for the year 2017 2019.
These individuals will present themselves, infront of the stage,after lunch hopefully soon after 2.00pm , and members will be given ballot papers to put a maximum of 15 crosses to select their choice of members to be elected on the Committe
With your cooperation we should be able to collect all ballot papers to calculate the 15 selected members latest say by 2.30pm.
The process of election started promptly at 2,00pm under supervision of Returning Officer Mr Dhirtendra Sanghrajka where by distribution, collection and calculation was carried out quite smoothly
Under able direction of Dr Harshad Sanghrajaka, the voting analysis of ballot papers were carreid out on computer and delivered to the returning officer
The selected 15 members we called upon to a private meeting for election of Office Bearers amongest themselves.They returned at 3.00 pm and announced the following elected members
