NAVJIVAN VADIL KENDRA – ANNOUNCEMENTS ON THURS – 19/4
1). Today’s Warm-up Yoga was conducted by Dhirubhai Galani and Manishaben conducted Yogic exercises for sciatica, back pain, shoulder joints and exercises for toning up internal organs. Many thanks to both from Kendra.
2). DONATIONS : * Today’s Special Lunch has been sponsored by the family of one of our founder member and Past President – Pranlal V Parekh. They celebrated various family occasions this month. We also received a cash donation from the family. Our Best Wishes and congratulations to them.

* £91 from Priyaben Mandalia in loving memory of her late husband – Kirtibhai Mandalia. Many thanks from Kendra.
3). After lunch today, we will have Chai with Jasu and as usual at Tea Time, Kendra will provide tea and biscuits.
As a last minute replacement Dr. Vinodbhai Kapashi was interviewed on the stage and he narrated some his experiences about life in India from birth upto now.
4). Next Thurs – 26/4, we will only do Yoga by Manishaben and there will be no other activities. ALSO NO LUNCH
5). 159 of our members/guests are going on the Mystery Tour from 23rd to 27th April and we wish them a very enjoyable tour.
6). Navnat Vadil Mandal has organised a Gujarati Natak – “Bairi Mari Blood Pressure” at Navnat on Fri -11th May from 11.00 am. Tickets for non-members £12 from Rameshbhai Shah.
7). Our Secretary – Jayantbhai Doshi repeated the following details for the Mystery Tour : * Please come with a small bag only. * Everyone would be given a Bag Tag and a coloured wrist band for each coach and will have to take the same coach throughout. * As weather is unpredictable, take an umbrella and a jacket. *Accommodation will be in Hotel rooms where tea/coffee machines will be available and bath towel and small bath soap will be supplied. (It is advisable to carry your own soap). * Hotel is in the town centre and there are many restaurants around. * There will be two excursions. * Breakfast will be at 8.30 to 9.30 am and Dinner at 6.00 pm. * Coach will be parked at Kenton Sainsbury’s parking (HA3 0JA). * Parking will not be allowed for your cars.
