NAVJIVAN VADIL KENDRA – ANNOUNCEMENTS ON THURS – 23rd JAN ‘20
1). Today’s warm-up Yoga was conducted by Dineshbhai T Shah and Manishaben explained how to do meditation correctly, conducted clapping and facial muscles and also gave hints on how to do Facial t home. Many thanks to both from Kendra.
2). After lunch today, we will have an interesting Team ‘Antakshri’ and as usual at Tea Time, Kendra will provide Tea and the sponsored Biscuits.
Antakshri was conducted in teams and everyone enjoyed the same.
4). Next Thurs – 30th Jan, we will have a programme on India’s Republic Day and Gandhi Nirvan Day. As announced, all who want to take part in the programme, please give your names to Kusumben Punater.
5). The High Commission of India, London has issued a communication about the relaxation regarding issuance of OCI card upto 30th June 2020. Briefly, any person under 20 years of age or any person over the age of 50 years who has not got OCI Card re-issued on change of passport can only travel upto 30th June 2020 with his OCI Card and new passport. It is therefore advisable to reapply for new OCI card when you have a new passport.
6). If anyone needs any assistance for making wills should contact our Secretary – Jayantbhai Doshi, who is giving this service without any charge. He has already helped some people and our thanks to him. If anyone who has got this help and feels like making some donation to NVK, we will be highly pleased.

President - Vinod Parekh announced :* We are pleased to announce that we have received an invitation from Vanik Council of UK for a Table of 10 people to attend the annual Lions Senior party at Harrow Leisure Centre from 1.00 to 5.00 pm on Sun – 1st March. Kendra's many thanks to Vanik Council of UK.
We need 10 names from those who have never attended this party before. If you are interested, please give your names to him.
* We are trying to arrange some day trips and also tours from March/April. As soon as we get full details of cost etc, we will inform you.
