NAVJIVAN VADIL KENDRA - ANNOUNCEMENTS ON THUR – 8th MARCH 2018
1). Today Dineshbhai Shah conducted the warm-up Yoga and Manishaben conducted Yogic exercises to keep all internal organs healthy. Many thanks to both of them from Kendra.
2). DONATIONS : Chaas for the month of March is jointly sponsored by Chandrakanta Parmar/Rajnikant Navlachand Malde/Dhanlaxmiben Mehta/ Bhadraben Mehta
3). After lunch today we will celebrate Mothers Day and International Women’s Day and as usual at Tea Time, Kendra will provide tea and the biscuits.
Jasuben Sheth compered the programme well with witty dialogues and members sang song or spoke on the two celebrations.
4). Next Thurs – 15th March we will play Bingo.
5). We are pleased to inform members that our Mystery Trip is full and we will have to arrange 3 coaches.
6). Our 5 days/4 nights trip to the Lake District from 28/5 to 1/6 is also full as we are taking only one coach. Please make sure that you make your payment to Kishor Doshi.
7). We have arranged our grand Spring whole day Musical Programme on Thur – 5/4 from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm here. There will be a special sit down lunch. Members will have to book their tickets for £1 (for catering purposes). Guests : £15. Please get your tickets at the front desk.
8). The Newsletter for the month of March has been emailed to members and also uploaded on our website. A few copies are available for those who do not have access to emails.
9). Vanik Council of UK has arranged a Speed Dating programme at Navnat Centre, Hayes on Sun – 13th May from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. Further details are available from Rameshbhai Shah.
10). Navnat Vanik Bhagini Samaj has organised a ‘Fun day’ programme at Hayes on Sat – 14/4 from 12noon to 6.00 pm for Bhagini members only to celebrate their 40th anniversary. A token £1 for food purposes to be paid.

12). President –Vinod Parekh announced *that last year we had visited3 care Homes in our “Seva Care”. This year we visited Sancroft Nursing Home in Harrow on 5/3 under the Co-Ordinator for the programme this year - Purnimaben Mehta with support of 3 members. There were 13 residents and and we arranged activities like story reading, quiz, message from inmates on Mothers Day. They were very happy and it was a very successful. Purnimaben deserves praise for making all arrangements.
*He also informed that if any members need help with Smart Phones – Our members son will be present here to give guidance.
*During Qwwali programme last time Nemaben lost her “saal” and if anyone took it by mistake, Please return.
* We need volunteer to return the empty Meera containers to be dropped off at their place.
