1). Today’s warm-up Yoga was conducted by Dineshbhai T Shah and Manishaben explained how to do meditation correctly, conducted clapping and facial muscles and also gave hints on how to do Facial t home. Many thanks to both from Kendra.
2). After lunch today, we will have an interesting Team ‘Antakshri’ and as usual at Tea Time, Kendra will provide Tea and the sponsored Biscuits.
Antakshri was conducted in teams and everyone enjoyed the same.
