Our gathering of Thursday was cancelled as Sattavis Patidar Centre had called Engineers to sort out the boiler and heating issues, which would have meant no electricity available and there would be no heating. The new date was advised to members as Friday - 1st February.

2). DONATIONS: £101 from Manharlal Mohanlal Mehta who celebrated his 80th birthday this month. Kendra’s Heartiest congratulations and we pray that he celebrates many more birthdays to come.

1). It is with extreme sadness that we have to inform the passing away of two of our former NVK members :
VASANTRAI VANMALIDAS SANGHRAJKA passed away on 8/1. He was the husband of our member – Kokilaben V Sanghrajka.
VIJYABEN CHIMANLAL SHAH (SANGHRAJKA) passed away on 5/1. She was the cousin of our past President – Baburai Shah, sister to our members Manharbhai Mehta and also to Hansaben Khira.

1). Our Secretary – Jayantbhai Doshi announced : * He wished everyone that the New Year brings happiness, peace and prosperity to all members.
* He welcomed all the new members who had attended today.
* He informed members that our Vice President – Dr. Vindodbhai Kapashi had been honoured in the Queens New Year honours with an OBE. Congratulations to him.
