1). Today’s Warm-up Yoga was conducted by Dineshbhai T.Shah and Manishaben apart from conducting Yoga, gave details and also actually showed on how to deal with ‘Pachoti’, gas in stomach etc. by pressing points etc on other members bodies. Kendra’s many thanks to both.

NAVJIVAN VADIL KENDRA – ANNOUNCEMENTS ON THURS –25th APRIL ‘19
1). It is with great sadness that we have to inform the passing away on 19/4 of Dipak Shah–Age 61, who was the younger brother of our member – Dineshbhai Tarachand Shah.
Also our Past Member – Mansukhlal Bhagwanji Shah – Age 86 passed away on 20/4. He was a member since NVK started in 2007 until 2014. Mansukhbhai had supported and encouraged our Secretary – Jayantbhai, a lot when NVK started.
